It’s never easy to quit smoking, but here’s some news that might take some of the sting out of it: you may be able to get free nicotine replacement therapy.
On Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) will begin offering free kits with a four-week supply of nicotine replacement therapy. Call the PA Free Quitline at (800) 784-8669 to order.
The giveaway marks Determined to Quit Week. Last year, 2,220 kits were distributed.
