How to Enlarge Text Size
We follow standard design practices for Web page type sizes. If you have problems reading it, here’s what you can do if you’re using Internet Explorer:
Click on the magnifying glass in the lower right corner of the screen to Zoom to a large type size.
Click on the “Page” or “Window” link at the top of your Web browser and select “Zoom.” Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and other Web browsers have similar options.
Download the PDF version of the Advance Directives form. It has larger type size than our Web page.
Print out the PDF version and read it on paper.
